We have bought 2 properties in Portugal. Each time the sale was made possible by Phaedra Jasperse. She is someone who listens to our requirements and manages to match them splendidly. She has helped us settle in arranging direct debits, negotiating on our behalf in several different languages to sort out the paperwork and displaying the necessary trust required in property transactions. We would certainly use the services of Phaedra again. She is the one for us!

In 2010 we were looking to buy a holiday home on the Silver coast. Friends recommended to contact Phaedra Jasperse  and so we did. And what a good choose! She asked us in detail of what we were looking for. Empathetic and creative she proposed suitable properties to us. We have spent a few days with her looking at properties: very nice that she did not push at all and gave us plenty of time  to ask questions and to come to a decision. In the end she negotiated  well for us ,so now we are proud owners since 3 years of our dreamhouse!

What is it nice that if you want to buy a house in Portugal and that your real estate agent speaks all languages, even Dutch!
Phaedra has helped  us splendidly in finding our dream home: "a House, close to the coast, where you can see and hear the sea".
Phaedra can empathise fine in the wishes of the buyer, has a lot of patience and does not push anthing.  In short a professional as it should be.
In addition, we have had a super time on our "house hunting trips".
Even now, two years after we bought our house, we can still count on her with our questions and we have a pleasant, friendly contact.

Phaedra heeft ons geweldig geholpen met het vinden van onze droomwoning: “een huis, dicht bij de kust, waar je de zee kunt horen en kunt zien”.
Phaedra kan zich prima verplaatsen in de wensen van de koper, heeft veel geduld en dringt niets op. Kortom een professional zoals het hoort.
Daarnaast hebben we het super gezellig gehad op onze “strooptochten”.
Ook nu, twee jaar na de koop van ons huis, kunnen we bij haar nog steeds terecht met onze vragen en hebben we een prettig, vriendschappelijk contact.

Mid sept. 2013, we have contacted several real estate agents. Phaedra stuck out through her empathy, calm and good mood. We got all the time to explore the houses, the area and restaurants. Also all kinds of questions about living in Portugal and what all comes with it, she answered calmly or referred us to the proper authority.

We have purchased our dream home in mid-Jan. 2014 . Phaedra has accompanied us excellently. For us she is top! We recommend her highly!

It has now been a few years since we have come to know, Phaedra Jasperse. We at that time were looking for a cottage in Portugal. It was a long search, first in the Algarve, but there were too many tourists and it was too expensive to buy a house.

When we finaly came across Phaedra and Lucien, first through the internet, we got very good explanation and all the info we needed to move to beautiful Portugal. After many tours and visits of a lot of houses on the Silver coast, we have found our beautiful cottage. That was love at first sight for us, and to this day we are still happy that we are here. Life here is laid back as it used to be and the people are so sweet, blessed, really enjoying it all the time.

In the beginning we thought, should we take the step, but now we are super happy, because the people here and living here is super nice and the people are super friendly, you just need to open to their life and habits in Portugal and then everything is in order. So we are already very well integrated in beautiful Portugal and certainly do not regret that we are here.

We have found a very nice home and Phaedra has helped us to arrange everything perfectly and  super good with all the paperwork and everything right, so this was perfect.
