This restored house is situated Northeast of Alcobaça (6 km) and in 20 minutes you reach the beaches of Nazaré. To the bigger town of Leiria it is 28 km. Fatima, a world-famous Catholic pilgrimage site is at 37 km. Lisbon is an hour drive on the IC2.

The main house has on the ground floor an open-plan kitchen and living room. There is a bedroom and bathroom downstairs and 2 more bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor. Under the veranda is another bathroom and a machine room. A large covered area next to it, could be used as a terrace or could be closed up and become a separate guestroom, atelier, workshop, wintergarden, carport or garage. On the front of the house another veranda with stone pillars will be made.
